Notes

I had intended to do a diagonals workout. I was instead gluttonous at two Easter gatherings and felt like a tank. I am glad I ran at all, though, as it helped eliminate all sorts of gaseous buildup. I felt much less bloated when I finally returned home and I was able to go to bed not feeling like I had been a fat sack of lard.
