Thought I should do something faster instead of continuing to do slow things. I figured in an ideal world I could do 8x1k. Tested out how far I could go and decided after two that my legs weren't recovered/coordinated enough yet to safely complete the workout. My heart didn't feel bad, but all the parts attaching my legs to my waist didn't want to move the way I remembered them moving. Foot strike also felt off the mark.
