Fooled around on equipment at the gym while Emily used a treadmill. I did some aerobic exercise, but not in any easy way to measure. I doubt I did much over 15 minutes of true aerobic exercise, though.
The real reason I'm making this entry is simply to record that I got a calf cramp the next morning, 5 November. I wish I had kept better track of incidents last year that could have led to injury, so I think I should make sure to document that I got a calf cramp the morning after this (though I'm not trying to say I blame this workout for the cramp).
Hmm, kind of weak that this would keep my running streak alive. Almost seems like cheating.
