Notes

Ran on grass between the infield and fields. Ran with Perry and Phil some. Did 4 strides at the end. Did a little bit of core work.

I think a majority of the miles I ran during this were done somewhere around an 8:10 pace, but miscellaneous things reflect a much slower pace for the overall run. It was hot out, so I sipped water a couple of times during the run. My footplant was less smooth towards the end of the run, so I tried to keep my form intact during the last couple of miles.
