Did 1 sloppy stride and a bunch of walking after. Took a half packet of Gu just before miles 6 and 10.
Had a big headwind during the second mile of the first three miles. Took that whole 3 pretty easy so I wouldn't jeopardize the whole workout. I felt like I was going faster on my my final 3 miles than what my splits show. Darn.
