Ran at Greenwell with DR and Perry. DR set the pace for around 7:20 hoping that it would be challenging, yet aerobic. I did not find it very aerobic, lost about 3 seconds per mile on him until 5 miles, where I pretty much imploded. Actually, I think I'll dig up my splits.
