Notes
Ran to Lancaster Park, did a few loops of a football field, and ran home. Legs felt bad on the road run to there. My knee felt an excruciating pain on a downhill. Achilles stretched some scar tissue during the running probably, too. Felt better when I got onto the grass. I naturally picked up the pace a lot on the return road trip, which seemed to help my legs feel better since I was moving very efficiently, but it probably would have hurt my legs further if I had gone any longer than just the run back. I noticed that I had a much easier time striking midfoot while in the grass than I did on the road.
