Intervals. 2x1 mile on rough grass with about 3 minutes jog between. Holy lactate! Could taste the acid. Very difficult after four unhealthy days. Could also feel blood going to my abs I worked out last weekend. First notice of mild Achilles discomfort. Could be from shoes I wore this past weekend and a lot of standing. Also, hot spot on right pinky toe due to friction from T7 stitching.
This was supposed to be a 3x1 or 2x1 mile cruise tempo, but the difficulty of it made it more.
