Notes

I started this run really slowly around something like a 9:30 pace and then notched it up .1 mph every half mile until I was going sub-7:30 at the end of the run. I was pretty happy with this effort. It was a really cold week, so getting in a decent run was a nice change. Ran it at SMLA on the treadmill with DR nearby doing a more epic run.
