Notes

Tried to run with DR. Did so from the start without a warmup. Kept up for a mile, then about ¾ of a mile, then made a concerted effort to keep up for close to a mile, and then just a few hundred meters. Everything about this workout was descending. I felt extremely fatigued. The good news is that my shoes seemed to dampen the impact to my legs a lot. I had no business doing anything more than a recovery run, but I managed to survive. Did 8 strides on grass after.
