Ran 4x1200 on the infield of the track while jogging a lap inbetween. In order to try and make sure I ran the full distance, I added extra after the theoretical 3 lap mark each time, but it's not an exact science. The grass was soggy. This would have been a great workout to have real xc spikes for, if my Achilles could handle it (which it couldn't have). Also, like most of my track speed lately, I ran clockwise.
