Notes

Just a few 800s. I planned to do only 3 800s, but planned to do them faster than I was able. I felt sluggish today. All things considered, I was happy I warmed up well enough to even do the 3 intervals and happy that I cooled down and stretched well enough to feel more limber post-run than I did pre-run.
