Notes

I didn't look at my watch the entire run. When I looked at it after I was done, it read 10.00 exactly. Cool.

Legs a little tired. Did the first part out in the SMC streets before going to the fields. Had road and hills to contend with. Ran forefoot more than I should have for such a long run.
