Notes

SMLA fitness center with DR. Drove by a cop car and ambulance checking out a guy sitting in the nearby bus stop at 5am.

I felt great after this run. I did myself a favor by not pushing the run too fast or too long. Gradually increased the speed like usual. I just don't feel comfortable starting quickly on a treadmill.
