Notes
The intended workout was 6x1200 at 3k-5k pace with 66-75% recovery duration between each. I ended up cutting it to 3x1200 with about 50% rest. I wasn't able to run them at all quickly with any kind of comfort. I didn't really accomplish anything, but at least I took a stab at it without overextending myself and now I can more easily move on at least knowing I made some effort.
