Notes

Picked up the speed every 5 minutes. Started at 9:05 and had progressed to begin at 7:24 at 20 minutes. Kept notching it up every 5 minutes and then every minute over the final 3 minutes. Ended up below 6:30. Felt pretty good on the legs. Hard to tell how useful these runs are being done on a treadmill.
