Treadmill

Notes

Ran on the Ab Crest treadmill. Started around 9:15 pace, moved down pretty quickly to like 8:30. Then went .1 mph or so faster every 10 minutes to finish out around 7:50 pace. Didn't use an incline. Felt bouncy, so a bit of excessive energy going up instead of forward. Not too bad overall.
