Notes

well, im going to start and lift about twice a week. when I say lift:

Abs: partner abs with Jake. planks, legs throws, some shit with a medicine ball, weighted Russian twist, and scissors.

Legs:

single leg step ups (10lbs) 3 x 8 on each leg

single leg Roll ups? on a bosu ball 3 x 5 on each leg

squats: 25 lbs on each side. 2 x 6

Kept everything pretty chill for my first day in the weight room
