Notes
Finally felt really good about a long run. Me Caleb and Austin went out much faster than we had done the past 2 long runs. We slowed down a bit on the back half (Austin took us on a snowy ass path) but our pickup felt really good. Unfortunately dans leg was hurting him a bit so he turned around but then decided to try finding us again but he never did. lol. All in all very great. Can't wait to have the entire squad meeting at one time next week. (Austin could not make the 11:00 meet up and I wanted to get this cheese done early so a few met at diff times.)
