My god. This run was insane. I decided that I was going to run with Connor, jake, and patty. About half way through the way out I relized I wasn't in Kansas anymore. Our pace was around 615ish and I was still feeling halfway decent. Then we marched on and made it to the turn around with little problem. The wind in the way back was insane and I felt myself getting extremely famished due to the pace that I had never done previously. We made it to down town naperthrill and the pace speed up even faster. Then we saw Dan Mike Wylie and Aidan and the pace dropped to about 6:00 min pace. Once we reached them me and pat had enough of the extremly quick "steady" pace. (Closer to Mpace once we reached downtown) for the last two miles of the stead I ran with the second pack at around 6:40ish pace. The the last mile we dropped the hammer with am extremely fast pickup. Great learning experience and great way to finish off the last Long run of winter running
