Notes
Much better than yesterday. Fairly humid out, but not terrible. I made sure i didn't get ahead of myself and run crazy fast (I usually don't pace well on these days). I ran morning loop and had to add on a bit more due to the location of my house. My first run was 5.05 miles and i came home did pull ups and looked at the workout sheet and it said 6. So, i hoped on the treadmill and ran 0.6 miles. It probably didn't make much difference but i didn't want to skip out on two workouts in a row.
