Christmas lights, city lights.
I don't usually do this, but it was cold out there. Saw a new guy in a sleeping bag in the old theater doorway and he looked right at me as I walked by. Doubled back and asked him if he was warm enough, and he said sure, why would I ask that? Told him I dunno man, it's fucking cold out here, to which he replied, well I'm good... but there's room for two.
Ha! Portland has the funniest homeless people.
