Not being lazy, just been having problems with new shoes causing an achilles injury. I did gain some weight back but have been slowly getting back down with lots of walking, weight lifting and calisthenics, so at least I feel good. Plus, running just makes me so happy, so I'm not giving up or getting discouraged.
If I can drop the weight I have a sneaking suspicion that all of these little injuries and pains will magically go away. We'll see.
