Notes
Disappointing. Felt like a 13 miler going out, then at 7 miles my legs gave out. I don't blame them though, it's been a long day. 12 hours at work, weighs, then the run. Pre workout food was potato wedges, strawberries and a very green banana. I mean, come on. I'm lucky my legs were the only thing giving me problems.
That, and I had to pee since mile 1. Oy vey.
I did try a new (very nice) route and rediscover Prince, though. Oh, you purple man.
