Notes

Very good run. First 11 miles at 7:44 pace; second 11 miles at 7:27 pace. Ate half a Clif bar before the start, 3 gels and 2 bottles of Heed during the run (500 calories total). Started feeling a little glycogen-low the last 3 miles, but kept pace without a problem.
