Sustained Fartlek Workout
East Boulder Rec @ 7:00 am OR Potts Field @ 5:30 pm
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
5 x 4 min 30 with 2:30 sec easy Run as Follows:
Odds @ Half Marathon Effort with 2 min Easy
Evens @ 10 km Effort with 2 min Easy
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
Felt tired at start, but still ran ok. The 2.5 min recoveries were done at "long run pace," so not an easy jog like usual.
