Chris Fartlek Workout from East Boulder Rec
6:30 am OR 5:30 pm
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
1/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1 minutes Run as Follows:
1-2 min @ 5 km effort with 60 easy
3 min @ 10 km effort with 90 sec easy
4-5 min @ half marathon effort with 2 min easy
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
Felt good, strong. Colleen ran with me on the first 4min and the 5min.
