Warm Up 20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
4 x 1.5 miles Run as Follows:
Odds between Half/Full Marathon Effort with 3 min active rest
Evens between 10 km/Half Marathon Effort with 5 min active rest
Cool Down 10 minutes
With BRR group, and Darren and Colleen. Great workout, but last one felt very tough.
