Warm Up 20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
8 x half mile with 2 min active rest on creek path
Run 1 - 5 @ 10 km pace
Run 6 - 7 @ 5-7 sec faster
8 will take care of itself
Cool Down 10 minutes
Ran all intervals between mile 2.5 and 3.0 on the creek path.
