Hills/Sustained Workout – Meet @ Niwot Shopping Center 5:30 pm

Warm Up 20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides

Start with 2 min 30 sec steady up/2 min 30 sec steady down

Take 90 sec active rest

Then 4 x 2 min 30 sec with 90 sec easy @ 10 km effort

Then 2 min steady up/2 min steady down

Take 90 sec active rest

End with 4 x 90 sec with 60 sec easy @ 5 km effort

Cool Down 10 minutes

Felt like I wasn't going to make it at first, but then finished strong. Still feeling Sunday's run.
