Portsea Fartlek – Meet @ East Boulder Rec 5:30 pm
Warm Up 20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
Start with 4 x 2 min @ 5-10 km effort with 60 sec easy
Then 4 x 30 sec fast turnover with 60 sec easy
Then 3 x 4 min @ half marathon effort with 2 min easy
End with 4 x 60 sec hard with 60 sec easy
Cool Down 10 minutes
Felt really good.
