Hill Workout from South Boulder Rec @ 7:30 am

Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides

2 x (1/2/3/2/1 min) with 60 sec easy recovery down

After Sets 1/2 take 90 sec easy THEN 2 min Steady Down

After Last Set take 90 sec easy THEN Steady Down to Base of Hill

Cool Down 5-10 minutes

Hills were a bit steeper than we usually run. Felt like a successful workout.
