Saturday 11th Hill Workout - Meet @ Niwot Shopping Center 8:00 am

Warm Up 20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides

Start with 2 min steady up/2 min steady down

Take 60 sec active rest

Then 60/90/90/60 sec up with 60 sec easy down

After last 60 sec up turn and take 2 min easy down

Then 2 min steady down and 60 sec active rest at the bottom

End with 2 min steady up/2 min steady down

Cool Down 10 minutes

Lift Weights in the Afternoon
