Portsea Fartlek Workout from East Boulder Rec @ 6:30 am
OR Potts Field @ 5:30 pm
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
Start 3 x 2 min @ 5-10km effort with 60 sec easy
Then 4 x 30 sec @ fast turnover with 60 sec easy
Then 3 x 4 min @ 10km-half marathon effort with 2 min easy
End 4 x 60 sec @ 5km effort with 60 sec easy
Take 2 min Easy between Sets
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
Yuck. Felt like shit. Both my tib post and left hip were hurting. Felt like an invalid trying to start the run.
