Hill Workout from Niwot Shopping Center @ 7:00 am
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
Start 2 min steady up//TURN//2 min steady down
Take 90 sec active rest
Then 2 Sets of 3 x 90 sec up with 60 sec easy down recovery
After last 90 sec on each set…turn and take 90 sec easy down
Then 2 min steady down
Take 90 sec active rest at the bottom after Each Set
End 60 sec fast up//TURN//60 sec fast down
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
Optional Cross Training Day
Lift Weights/Pilates/Yoga/Core Strength Work – 45 to 60 minutes
