Hill Workout from Sage Trailhead @ 7:30 am
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 25 sec strides
Start 3 min steady up//TURN 3 min steady down
Take 90 sec active rest
Then 2 x (60/90/60/90/60 sec up) with 60 sec easy down recovery
Go Easy Down to Bottom after First Set
After Second Set take 2 min easy down…Then 3 min steady down
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
Typical hill workout -- felt hard but I did ok.
