Notes

after a hard lifting work out on Monday I felt like I wasn't 100 % but once I got going I felt good

incline- for the 1st 50 minutes I went from 1 to 0 incline every minute. I kept it at 0 for the last 12 minutes.

I felt pretty good and now it's the next morning and I can feel the calf is slightly tight but overall it feels good!!!
