i wore tights bwith shorts, my marathon shirt with a hooded sweat shirt,winter gloves and a winter hat
I took it easy
i didn't feel real strong but i did lift friday afternoon
i plenty warm although at first i wasn't sure i would be.
after about 2 miles I took the hat off and never needed to put it back on
there was a little wind but not too bad
I could feel the hip a little but overall I think it's getting better
