Parked near downtown on the red brick parking lot. Had enough room to park, put out my work blanket, do a few drills and roll out pre-run. Then I headed east on the tow path and ended up a half mile past Armstrong. I like the route and since I don't park at the high school really anymore I think it is something I can get used to.
Run felt pretty good, nothing hurting. Started to feel it @ 3.5 where I'm usually about done and I just had to mentally engage and get through it, but it wasn't bad. I haven't been feeling great as far as the running and how fast I've been going, but I've been feeling healthy enough to push the distance just a smidge and not care much about it, which is fun.
