Just kept getting quicker and quicker I guess. Didn't even really notice it. My hips don't hurt but they are starting to become a problem for me. I KNOW they are out of alignment but I have no idea how to fix them myself. I have tried a few things and I did most of those things today. We'll see how I feel tomorrow
