EASY EASY EASY. First 2.75 miles I didn't even try. Just moved around. Even with the hills, but last little bit I tried to maintain the pace up and down the hills. Went down to Creekside park past HyVee. Working on my form in the second half trying to keep from injuring myself.

really didn't wanna run, but got out there and really enjoyed myself.
