Pretty much did everything I could do to keep myself from walking. Super easy. Thought about going longer but just really didn't feel like it. Just got put on anti-depressants. So lets see if that helps my clinical depression and anxiety, but I think my running will still be my best medicine.

Calves felt 'fine' nothing special. Planning a little tempo session tomorrow, lets see how it goes. Kind of just want to put myself in pain for 10-18 minutes.
