run with the team for the first time. after the mile i took wesley and broke from the pack, nice 1on1 run. negative split this run, but still struggling putting a whole run together... not worried though running hard when I need to be.
ran some 150m strides with the boys... shouldnt have.... but i did. put the hammer down on those kids... wasnt even close, Reminded them who is the king.
