sort of my most consistent run of the comeback. 8 second split (in the wrong direction) but it was hard for me from the gun. just me hurting from about 1/2 in... felt difficult. you have those but its whatever, held on best I could.
achilles were quiet today, wore the pegasus 32's (related in my mind). but i did not push the foot strike today.
