Notes
344 feet of elevation New PR.
Got out and felt good enough to grind. First mile was a warm-up but I definitely was running comfortably hard. Went up the usual hill but swung a left down the switchbacks over to where it spits out at a park. I was afraid to go further because I have not Idea where it would spit me out and if it was passable.
I was going to jump in on 1/2 mile loops in the usual place. On the uneven footing the entire time and it killed my calves so I had to get off the trails or risk injruing them. Next time I need to remember to tape them so I can feel more secure.
Good strong work though, the off-day yesterday helped me bounce back from that epic long run that destroyed my legs.
