Notes
Easy runs are supposed to be easy and I tried. I did have to exert some effort on the way back. I mean I know it is pretty hilly but my legs just felt dead. I was just dragging along. My calves don't like when I feel that way, my form must change and work those muscles differently. I hope I get through my long run tomorrow, so I'll tape up to help protect myself. No hills and no speed. Just get out there for a little less than an hour.
