Warmed up after the first mile and wanted to chill out the second mile to be careful and ended up in the 30's, really a sign of my growing fitness. It is a very small amount of fitness but it has basically doubled in the last week! Feeling good about running right now, and need to continue to work hard and enjoy myself.
