got up @ 6 to run before dawn. really really enjoyed it.

breakfast = granola bar, banana, & coffee

run had me breathing heavily from the railroad tracks and didnt get easier. i was sore from work yesterday but nothing bad. decided to try to turn it up the last 800 on the track. somethings like 1:40, 1:30 which felt really good. going around the last lap i heard the bell in my head and as I rounded the curve a huge flock of birds nearby cheered.... or at least it seemed like, really makes you feel good to think about those times.

felt strong today, my muscle in my hip hasn't felt week in a few runs so thats good. finally got over the 3 mile hurdle. need to remember to keep myself conservative, can't keep pushing myself every run, tomorrow I need to get out there and just yog around for 2.5-3 miles. (probably won't but hey who cares) achilles felt good, surprisingly.

tried out the softsole insoles in my pegasus but they hurt my feet so I decided to switch to the burgandy glides which I love so far.
