for the first time... felt really good! i could push it for the first time. I'm sure I over did it in typical fashion going out in 7:09... 7:10 for near 2 miles in the swirly wind isnt bad at this point. was pretty difficult but not that bad. it was just hard enough that i had to think about the pace and it was uncomfortable for me. actually a good sign regarding fitness for myself, thats not something I could just do after my last hip surgery! i'm definitely in a much much better position moving into actual training.
