Got out there just trying to finish 4 or 5 miles. Mentally got myself to 2.5 which was good. and just before I stopped I decided lets make today an out and back. Not much of a workout, but mentally I guess it was. I mentally slipped towards the end of mile 4, and it should've been in the 20's. If it was a real tempo I wish I would be in the 6's for that, but I guess I didn't really go balls out or have any break beforehand.
